Overview

Ikoniq is looking to add more welders to their growing team, which plays a key role in building concession framing and assemblies. This position requires performing various welding tasks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, grinding, and plasma cutting tasks according to project specifications/blueprints
• Use MIG and TIG welding processes to fabricate weldments
• Rig and assemble fabricated components to ensure proper fit and alignment
• Follow codes and standards to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Utilize magnetic drill, metal chop saws, grinders, and hand drills to complete tasks
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds safely and routinely

Requirements

• Proven experience in fabricating and welding steel and aluminum, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and plasma cutting techniques
• Familiarity with codes and standards related to fabrication and welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus

Additional Information

• 8+ hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with some weekends for overtime if needed
