Responsibilities

• Adjust welder settings based on metallurgical properties of metal used in blueprint to ensure quality welds.
• Work from blueprints to set up and weld parts using appropriate fixtures.
• Operate hand grinders as needed.
• Visually inspect work and fixturing on an ongoing basis to check quality standards and the appearance of the product.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
