Overview

Join a growing manufacturing team in Sidney, OH, as an Industrial Metal Fabrication Welder (TIG/MIG). In this full-time role, you will turn prints into production-ready parts while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up welding jobs to meet production requirements.
  • Manufacture components using samples, templates, fixtures, blueprints, and routers.
  • Perform in-process inspections to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Track time and job details with precision.
  • Safely move, stage, and handle raw materials and finished products.
  • Keep a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
  • Complete basic maintenance and care of welding equipment.
  • Operate a tow motor (forklift) when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of welding experience; manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
  • TIG experience preferred; MIG experience a plus.
  • Ability to pass a written and hands-on weld test (H (2F) position with multiple weld sizes).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding prints.
  • Experience with or ability to learn tow motor/forklift operation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong commitment to quality and safety.

Additional Information

  • Schedule options: Monday – Friday
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
