Overview

The Fabricator/Welder position involves performing MIG and TIG welding on metal components in a stable, full-time work environment. The company offers consistent hours, a clean shop environment, and opportunities for skill growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components to meet specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal parts for fabrication.
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.
• Maintain welding equipment and keep work area clean and safe.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding processes required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.

• Temp-to-Hire position.
