Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on metal components to meet production and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure accuracy and structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Previous welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn and grow.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
