Skilled welders are invited to join a high-impact role shaping quality metal components with precision, safety, and pride. The company is recognized for its strong craftsmanship and commitment to innovation and dependable manufacturing across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate metal and rubber components according to blueprints and job specifications.
• Operate welding, fabrication, and laser equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
• Cut, shape, assemble, and inspect materials to ensure proper fit and high-quality finished products.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, report defects or malfunctions, and keep the work area clean and safe.

Requirements

• Proven experience with welding, fabrication, or laser equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must have personal steel-toe boots.
• Must be able to meet physical demands such as lifting 25–50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Background check and drug screen required.
