Overview

MIG Welder needed for a temp-to-hire position with a leading company in custom designed racks. Pay depends on experience, with full-time work available on the second shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise MIG welding on steel components to construct durable automotive racks.
• Operate a variety of hand tools efficiently and safely to support welding and assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station at all times.
• Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, including consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Comply with company policies regarding lunch breaks, including clocking out when leaving the facility.
• Contribute to a fast-paced production line, meeting quality standards and output goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MIG and steel welding techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively as a production line worker in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in using common hand tools relevant to welding and assembly.
• Ability to stand comfortably for an entire 8-hour shift and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
• Willingness and availability to work overtime when required to meet production demands.
• Must own and provide your own welding hood.
• Unable to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, will disqualify the applicant.
