Instatech Industries is seeking a hardworking and reliable Shop Assistant / Metal Fabricator to join their team in South Florida, contributing to custom architectural aluminum and metal projects. This hands-on role involves working directly with welders and fabricators in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assisting welders and fabricators
Cutting and preparing materials
Cleaning and finishing metal projects
Buffing, grinding, sanding, and polishing
Loading and unloading materials
Organizing the shop and materials
Helping maintain production flow and quality standards
