Green PNW

Overview

Green PNW is a small, locally owned company accepting applications for full-time welders and fabricators to build metal products for the refuse industry, primarily roll-off dumpsters and waste container bins. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Weld, fabricate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to production.
• Maintain welding equipment.
• Read prints, layout, fit-up, welding, quality control.
• Operate other shop equipment such as grinder, saw, forklift, crane, and plasma torch.

Requirements

• Experience in MIG/GMAW welding, especially with spray arc MIG process averaging 550-700 IPM.
• Detail oriented and able to read shop drawings.
• Self-starter, able to work off of little to no drawings and achieve desired results with verbal directions.
• Fitter/fabricator experience or heavy industrial fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to organize work plan and communicate effectively with other fabrication personnel.
• Maintain quality control and practice effective time management techniques.
• Understand manufacturing methods and techniques.

Additional Information

• Flexible schedule with the ability to choose your own hours, Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to ~ 4:30 PM.
