Overview

ProMount by VanComm is seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator to join their manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication and welding skills, be able to read blueprints, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble steel components to exact specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, ironworkers, drills, grinders, and other shop machinery.
• Perform welding operations in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in steel fabrication and welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong measuring, layout, and fabrication skills.
• Experience operating fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude.
