Overview

Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk-liquid chemicals and food-grade products. They are currently seeking a Tank Mechanic to perform maintenance and repair operations to meet ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all maintenance and repair operations required.
  • Conduct all testing required.
  • Execute all Forklift Operations.
  • Carry out all Interchange Operations.
  • Perform basic Quality Control Inspections.
  • Complete all duties as required by Stolt Management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in tank container repair preferred.
  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work closely with others.

Additional Information

  • Must be physically strong: able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently; up to 50 pounds occasionally; and up to 83 pounds infrequently.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces.
  • Must not exceed maximum weight of 310 lbs. wearing PPE.
