Overview

At Allegion, we help keep people safe and secure with a focus on security around doorways. The Welder position at Krieger Specialty Products involves welding various types of steel and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Weld mild and stainless-steel sheet metal from 16 ga to 7 ga thick.
• Weld structural steel tubing with a .25 wall thickness.
• Read shop packets and fabricate to company standards.
• Operate with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of welding experience.
• Must be able to be qualified per AWS D1.3 within 120 days.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
