Overview
In this role, you will engage in hands-on maintenance and operational support, alternating between installing components, diagnosing mechanical faults, and collaborating with skilled technicians to ensure equipment reliability and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair a broad range of mechanical machinery and systems.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and sustain efficient operations.
- Operate equipment as part of the repair process and step into operational tasks when needed.
- Work independently and collaborate closely with a team of experienced maintenance professionals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass required assessment test(s).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience or formal training in print reading and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Flexibility for rotating shifts (including weekends) and overtime as business needs arise.
- Uncompromising commitment to safety: follow all procedures and wear required PPE.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-driven work habits.
- Comfort working in industrial conditions that may be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, or noisy.
