Overview

In this role, you will engage in hands-on maintenance and operational support, alternating between installing components, diagnosing mechanical faults, and collaborating with skilled technicians to ensure equipment reliability and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair a broad range of mechanical machinery and systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and sustain efficient operations.
  • Operate equipment as part of the repair process and step into operational tasks when needed.
  • Work independently and collaborate closely with a team of experienced maintenance professionals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass required assessment test(s).
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience or formal training in print reading and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Flexibility for rotating shifts (including weekends) and overtime as business needs arise.
  • Uncompromising commitment to safety: follow all procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-driven work habits.
  • Comfort working in industrial conditions that may be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, or noisy.
