Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, disassemble, clean, check, repair, rework, replace, fabricate, assemble, install, and adjust building components and equipment.
• Execute assignments requiring plumbing and millwright skills.
• Weld materials and perform general building maintenance and construction work.
• Maintain locks and keys for facility and airport locations.
• Assist in storage, removal, and clean-up of hazardous waste.
• Ensure proper completion of forms, records, reports, and other paperwork.
• Request parts and clean work area after each shift.
• Perform Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walks.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding technical questions and explain work procedures to personnel.
• Escort vendors throughout airport property.
• Report to position on time and perform all functions in accordance with safety procedures.
• Complete job-relevant trainings and adhere to government regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other employees, vendors, and stakeholders to accomplish work tasks.
• Wear uniforms and work shoes as required by company policy.
• Use relevant electronic systems to complete work.
