Responsibilities

• Fabricate structural steel support frame assemblies for packaged pumping systems using GMAW/MIG process.

Requirements

• Completion of five (5) years on-the-job experience, or welding technology course plus 3 years on-the-job experience.
• Proficient in the use of both gas and electric welding equipment.
• Proficient in the use of cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping and threading machinery.
• Able to read and follow fabrication drawings without supervision.
• Five (5) years’ experience in 'job shop' production welding of structural assemblies.
• Five (5) years’ experience in welding of pressurized hydraulic assemblies and piping.
• Must possess the ability to perform proper computer functions.
• Must perform to established production rates.
