Overview

Edgewood Properties is a leading real estate development and property management company based in New Jersey, experiencing significant growth with plans to double its apartment portfolio in the coming years. They are currently seeking a Sign Shop Fabricator and Installer for their sign shop in South Plainfield, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Produce all signs.
• Cut out all graphics and lay them out on the proper substrates.
• Finalize production of all ADA signage.
• Lead all property signage installations.
• Dig post signs, install banners, lay down vinyl lettering, and install vehicle graphics/wraps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a print shop, sign shop, or commercial printing environment.
• Knowledge of digital printing, large format printing, plotters, laminators, and routers.
• Knowledge of signage production and installation methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and perform physically demanding work.
