Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections, installations, and building repairs using trade-specific techniques.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete installation and repair tasks.
• Coordinate and collaborate with trade-specific systems for specialized assignments.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on machine operation to minimize risk and enhance performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and systems, addressing potential defects promptly.
• Assess and determine resources, supplies, and staffing needed for tasks.
• Demolish building elements and clean up areas as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of construction practices and safety procedures.
• Perform related duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of technical experience required.
• Must be able to carry 60 lbs.
• Valid NY State driver's license required.
