Tempe Mechanical is a growing company seeking a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join their team. This entry-level position involves assisting in the fabrication of sheet metal components for HVAC projects, contributing to essential community infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate high-precision, commercial-grade sheet metal components based on engineered drawings.
• Set up, operate, and adjust fabrication equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute fabrication work in alignment with production schedules.
• Perform dimensional verification and tolerance checks on fabricated components.
• Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation.
• Identify and resolve fabrication issues and discrepancies.
• Stage and prepare completed materials for transport to job sites.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to prioritize workloads.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of fabrication equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with material inventory management and stock organization.
• Provide technical guidance to junior fabricators.
