Join Our Team in an Assembly role at Franklin Water Treatment / Wood Bros., a Division of Franklin Electric. We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly person to produce high-quality water treatment systems for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various water treatment equipment or kits according to detailed operating instructions.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Work at various workstations to complete scheduled assemblies.
• Report any quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 0 - 3 years or more experience working in a manufacturing-type position (preferred).
• Forklift Certification with 1-3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred).
• Punctual/dependable with great attendance.
