RSS Mobile Trailer Repair is a fast-growing leader in the trucking industry with over 31 years of experience, nearly 400 employees, and operations across 15+ states. They are expanding in the Dallas, TX area and are looking for a skilled Mobile Trailer Mechanic to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair truck and trailer systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements
• Operate and maintain a mobile service truck
• Ensure compliance with all safety and DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
• Weekend and on-call availability as needed

Requirements

• Trailer repair experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to be on-call

• Competitive pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
• Day shift: Monday–Friday
• Home daily
• Overtime pay after 40 hours
