They are actively looking for an Insert Mechanic with experience in troubleshooting and repairing various types of office equipment in the mailing industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and computerized issues.
• Accurately update and maintain all insert operations equipment including Pitney Bowes EPIC, MPS, MSE & Pulse insert machines.
• May be asked to assist with maintaining print, cutting and folding equipment.
• Work with the team to assure all equipment is working properly at all times.
• Follow a routine maintenance schedule and assigned responsibilities.
• Determine and prioritize issues with equipment and ensure all tasks are addressed.

Requirements

• 1-year experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician – Mechanic with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working on intelligent machinery with a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing machine problems.
• Previous Mail Delivery Industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work with and fit into a team setting.
• Self-starter and fast learner.
• Ability to apply learned skills quickly.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to lift items and components up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility.
