Overview

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is hiring for the position of Rework Operator (Soldering) in Wilmer, TX. The role involves executing daily rework of modules while maintaining quality and safety standards, with a focus on precision soldering of components.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering and rework of cell strings and modules
• Use test equipment to verify workstation and soldering iron temperatures
• Verify quality of soldering through imaging and electrical testing
• Assemble fine hand circuits with accuracy
• Maintain soldering and workstation equipment
• Follow 5S standards and communicate production updates to incoming shift
• Read labels to verify cell grade, manufacturer, and color series
• Work safely, efficiently, and support production goals
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year soldering experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructions
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Additional Information

• Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 Hourly (DOE)
• Schedule: Shifts are 12 hours and rotating days with day rate differential.
• A-Shift 6AM-6PM – Sunday-Wednesday
• B-Shift 6PM-6AM – Sunday-Wednesday
• C-Shift 6AM-6PM – Wednesday - Saturday
• D-Shift 6PM-6AM – Wednesday - Saturday
