Overview

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of equipment in a safety-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to avoid downtime.
• Work on Aerial Work Platforms and general construction tools.
• Handle large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with diesel or heavy equipment preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.
