Job Description

Overview

An Aircraft Mechanic I will perform inspections, repairs, modifications, and installations on C-12 aircraft avionics, wiring, components, and flight controls. The position requires the ability to read, write, and interpret technical instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks as assigned by Crew Team Leader, Lead man, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor, and/or Site Manager.
  • Evaluate aircraft discrepancies to identify proper methods for repair.
  • Identify necessary parts, materials, and tooling requirements to complete tasks.
  • Utilize manufacturers’ maintenance manuals and other applicable publications to install, test, and troubleshoot aircraft modifications.
  • Inspect for corrosion, treat and repair discrepancies, and perform touch-up painting.
  • Comply with established standards of workmanship, safety, quality, and production.

Requirements

  • Airframe, mechanical, and electrical experience preferred.
  • A&P License preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional Information

  • Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
