Responsibilities

• MIG weld trailer components and structural parts
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Assemble and fabricate metal parts
• Maintain weld quality and production standards
• Follow safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D Equivalent
• MIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
• Strong attention to quality and craftsmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Technical education courses or training in welding preferred
• Strong understanding of welding specifications and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervision and team members
• Basic math skills for calculating material fabrication
