Responsibilities

• Assist and help repair production dies.
• Fabricate tools, jigs, and fixtures for production areas.
• Meet customer production requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year Associates Degree preferred.
• One to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical background with previous experience in welding/fabricating.
• Minimum 3 years in a heavy industrial environment.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Small machining skills.
• Technical training in Mig, Tig, and Arc welding.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additional Information

• New Hire Orientation and OSHA Required Training are required.
• Training includes Product and Process Overview, Understanding the Charter, Machine-specific training, 5S and TPM.
