Overview

Join Henderson Products Inc., located in Manchester, IA, the North American leader in the design, manufacture, and up fit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks specializing in snow and ice control. As a Welder on the night shift, you will be responsible for producing high-quality weldments to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality weldments using provided blueprints or documentation.
• Set up, operate, adjust, and regulate welding machines.
• Weld with or without the use of fixtures.
• Utilize various tools to cut, grind, bevel, fit metals together and remove slag.
• Perform designated maintenance functions and assume ownership for quality of weldments.
• Participate in training and perform daily 5S activities.
• Maintain all safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to weld parts using GMAW MIG.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and basic shop math.
• Ability to operate overhead hoist.
• Minimum of 6 months experience and/or associates degree or certification.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and maintain good housekeeping 5S.

Additional Information

• Night Shift - 3:30pm to 1:30am, with flexible start times available.
