Responsibilities

• Represent the customer at the OEM plant and manage production quality concerns.
• Analyze issues, drive corrective actions, and communicate updates between OEM and plant teams.
• Coordinate sorting and rework activities as needed.
• Support launches, trials, engineering changes, and customer meetings.
• Maintain strong plant-level customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct process/product audits and implement standardized work.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process controls and audits.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead, work under pressure, and act as company representative.
• Tier 1 and automotive sequencing experience preferred.
