Responsibilities

• Rebuilds and repairs compressors without supervision, including tear down, inspection, assembly, machining, and parts cleaning.
• Identifies and resolves basic to intermediate issues with minimal supervisory support.
• Coaches and provides expertise to resolve issues and ensures corrective action is implemented.
• Executes simple tests of compressors without supervision.
• Provides technical support to customers and service personnel.
• Performs all work according to customer requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school or technical school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience with refrigeration compressors (screw and/or piston/reciprocal).
• Mechanical and/or machining experience preferred.
