TekWissen group is a workforce management provider that partners with a leading biotechnology company specializing in pharmaceutical ingredients and innovative medicines. The Core Technician I role involves performing tasks related to the production of sterile biological pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable and complies with all pertinent safety policies, rules and regulations.
• Ensure that all team members comply with safety rules and regulations.
• Maintenance of quality systems and cGMP compliance by ensuring team adherence to processes and procedures.
• Perform procedures according to written guidelines and recognize deviations from accepted practice.
• Work primarily in a cleanroom environment while adhering to strict safety attire requirements.
• Motivate others and create a positive work climate with continuous collaboration and feedback.
• Assign objectives clearly and monitor progress while managing competing priorities.
• Establish clear directions and lead others effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences is required.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in gene editing and NGS is required.
• Experience in a cGMP clinical production environment is highly desirable.

• Selected candidates must be available for training, five days a week, for the initial 4 to 6 weeks.
