Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and offer world-class service.
• Seek out and engage customers in the Hard Goods areas.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations like returns and promotions.
• Keep Hard Goods areas merchandise at a premiere stock and visual level.
• Ensure all Hard Goods areas and equipment are maintained and operational.
• Maintain a clean and professional presentation in the Hard Goods area.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs to customers.
• Execute proper customer fittings according to PGA TOUR Superstore techniques.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Provide feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational opportunities.
