The Field Service Technician role involves troubleshooting, machine installation, and maintenance supervision, requiring travel across the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting and service.
• Supervise and train on machine installation, startup, and maintenance.
• Travel approximately 50-75% within the US and Canada, with periodic training in Italy.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Flexible schedule with routine travel to US and Canadian customer locations.
• Mechanical, electrical, or industrial training with certification.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Electrical controls and PLC experience is a must.
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and take direction as applicable.
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in field service or technical support is a plus.
• Fluency in additional languages is advantageous, Italian is preferred.
