Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for safely maintaining and constructing cryogenic supply systems. The position requires interaction with various stakeholders and offers training at the National Training Center.
Responsibilities
- Safely maintain and construct liquid and/or gaseous cryogenic supply systems.
- Interact professionally with management, project managers, sales, customers, contractors, engineers, and inspectors.
- Perform maintenance technician duties outdoors in all-weather conditions.
- Travel for day trips with occasional overnight stays.
- Operate a company service vehicle safely in all types of weather.
- Plan daily workload effectively based on work orders and customer needs.
- Communicate with sales representatives and internal maintenance planning groups.
- Troubleshoot and repair cryogenic systems including pumps and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform inspections and follow standards and policies.
- Read prints and schematics, understand P&IDs and materials of construction.
- Layout and install systems, including pipefitting and electrical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Entry level with 2+ years of maintenance, installation, and repair experience.
- Technologically savvy and able to use specified software and devices.
- Refrigeration/HVAC or cryogenic experience preferred but not required.
- Welding or brazing experience preferred but not required.

Additional Information
- Maintenance Technician hours are 8 - 12-hour days and will be on call 24 hours unless scheduled off.
- Work territory includes areas in Northern and Central Georgia, with primary focus on the greater Atlanta area.
- The technician must reside within proximity to the territory of coverage and close access to the interstate system.
- Training classes are at the collegiate level and last about a week.
