Overview

Expand Energy is a dynamic, growing company that values its employees and offers competitive compensation and benefits. They are seeking a Welder to perform fitting and welding work on compression and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Work with SMAW, GMAW, SCAW, and SAW welding processes.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment focusing on teamwork and unity.
• Layout structural and piping components using hand tools.
• Position fixtures, jigs, pin wheels, rolls, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years related work experience or an equivalent substitution for education of 6 - 9 years related work experience.
• Intermediate ability to perform basic welding techniques.
• Intermediate ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Intermediate ability to interpret customer's specifications and applicable industry codes and standards.
• Possess basic computer skills, communication skills, and customer service skills.
