Overview

Wedlake Enclosure Systems is hiring Assembler/Welders in Tulsa, OK to support manufacturing and fabrication operations. This role involves welding, fit-up, and mechanical assembly of metal enclosure components in a team-focused environment with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with welding and fit-up of structural components.
• Perform mechanical assembly including panels and hardware installation.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Support material handling and positioning with provided training.
• Conduct visual weld checks and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and work ethic.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift.
• Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) or trade school training.
• Experience with cranes or rigging with training provided.
• Basic knowledge of weld symbols or fabrication processes.
