Overview

US Screen Co. is a family-owned manufacturer and distributor of custom screen products for various process industries. The Welder role is a full-time, on-site position in Wellington, OH, responsible for performing welding tasks using different techniques and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and products according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain welding equipment.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Welding, including Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding.
• Experience with different materials and metal fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in related industries is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
