Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding using various techniques.
• Manage materials and oversee a team of welders.
• Ensure project deadlines and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers and interpret blueprints.
• Complete all welding and fabrication tasks with precision.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding.
• Hands-on experience with materials management and handling.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a team.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Prior experience in structural steel fabrication is a plus.
• Certification in welding from a recognized institution.
• Commitment to maintaining workplace safety and adhering to industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified.
