Overview

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals for the role of Golf Club Fitter / Retail Sales Associate, starting at $15 an hour. The company is dedicated to creating a family culture and inspiring people through golf and tennis while prioritizing the well-being of its associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers throughout the Hard Goods areas.
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
• Execute a Club Comparison to assist customers.
• Follow golf Club Fitting Protocol for accurate fittings.
• Operate Simulator and Launch Monitor technologies.
• Make tailored equipment recommendations for customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of golf retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of golf fitting experience preferred.
• Basic golf industry and product knowledge.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
• Flexibility to work varied retail schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• GED or high school diploma.
