Overview

The Plant Production Laborer position at Arcosa Crushed Concrete involves performing various manual labor tasks to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. The role includes maintenance inspections, equipment operation, and adherence to safety regulations while providing opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and TCEQ environmental/OSHA regulations.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections of the plant and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Perform manual labor tasks to operate equipment for crushing concrete and removing debris.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance throughout the plant.
• Assist with various plant operations including cleaning and shoveling materials.
• Cross-train and perform other job duties as needed.

Requirements

• Some experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age.

• Must be able to work overtime and extended hours.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Able to stand for extended periods at conveyor belt operation.

• Required to wear safety equipment.
