Overview

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a reliable and motivated Milroyal Assembler to join their Assembly team in Ivyland, PA. The role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts following detailed instructions.
• Read and understand the bill of materials and work order instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Complete assembly tasks using various hand, pneumatic, and power tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies.
• Monitor and request materials and components as needed for assembly.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED).
• 2+ years of mechanical, assembly or other fast-paced operations experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively via verbal and written communication.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to perform varied and complex tasks.

• Location: Ivyland, PA - Milton Roy - 201 Ivyland Rd. Warminster, PA 18974.
• Shift: 1st shift Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm, OT and Weekends as needed.
• Full time role and Direct Hire.
• No travel required.
