Overview

Tradesmen International is hiring experienced Welders for projects in or around Saint Cloud, MN. This first shift opportunity offers a pay rate of up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level, providing a chance to work alongside skilled craftsmen who prioritize safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate steel components using fixtures, work instructions, and blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Communicate material and production needs with the Head of Fabrication and Welding.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area following 5S principles.
• Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
• Contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years welding/fabrication experience, preferably in a shop setting.
• Ability to pass 1G V-Groove weld test for MIG & TIG processes.
• Basic knowledge of operating and fabricating related equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
