Overview

The Welder position involves performing GTAW and GMAW welding on various stainless steel materials and fabricating components into assemblies according to specifications. The role requires reading engineering drawings and maintaining weld quality to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform GTAW and GMAW welding on stainless steel sheet, plate, pipe, and tubing.
• Fabricate and weld components into assemblies according to shop drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and shop instructions.
• Maintain consistent weld quality that meets internal standards and customer requirements.
• Perform fit-up, tack welding, and final weld-out of parts and assemblies.
• Conduct in-process inspections.
