Job Description
Overview
The job involves the fabrication of stainless steel and mild steel components and assemblies using TIG and MIG welding equipment, as well as other tools like grinding and plasma torches. The position requires adherence to specific welding procedures and fabrication skills to meet detailed specifications.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate stainless steel and mild steel components and assemblies according to drawings.
- Utilize TIG and MIG welding equipment for welding tasks.
- Operate grinding tools, band saws, and plasma torches.
- Follow TevTech WPS’s for qualification.
- Fabricate gas distribution systems, including orbital welding.
- Ensure compliance with specifications on component drawings.
Requirements
- Experience with TIG and MIG welding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with fabrication tools such as grinding tools, band saws, and plasma torches.
- Qualification under TevTech WPS’s.
- Experience in gas distribution system fabrication.
