Overview
The Welder, MIG position requires at least 3 years of MIG welding experience, along with skills in grinding, material handling, and crane operations. The role involves reading blueprints, operating welding tools, and joining thin metals of varying compositions.
Responsibilities
- Read and understand blueprints and AWS welding symbols.
- Join thin metals of varying compositions by operating specialized hand and power tools.
- Operate tools such as arc welders, grinders, and buffing machines.
- Select and install torch tips, filler rods, and flux according to the thickness.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of MIG welding experience.
- Experience in grinding, material handling, and crane operations.
