Cypress Creek Personnel is seeking a seasoned Lead Welder to manage a team of 5-10 people, specializing in TIG welding of various metals including stainless steel, titanium, and nickel. The role involves a mix of mechanical and welding tasks, requiring flexibility in shift work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-10 welders.
• Perform TIG welding in stainless steel, titanium, nickel, SMO, and Hastelloy.
• Work with materials preferably in 6G with 16-gauge thickness or lower.
• Adapt to job load requirements with 70% mechanical and 30% welding tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of welding experience.
• Preferably certified NDT level II (Dye penetration).
• Experience in aluminum welding is optional.
• Flexibility to work in both day and night shifts.
