Overview
The Welding Fabricator Lead will lead the welding bench on a fast-scaling industrial fabrication platform, overseeing architectural, structural, and production work while mentoring junior welders and ensuring weld quality from fit-up to final inspection. Mountain Off-Road / DSM is a precision steel fabrication and CNC machining platform located in Delta, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Lead the welding bench across architectural, structural, and production work.
- Run priority welds.
- Mentor junior welders.
- Own weld quality from fit-up to final inspection.
