Overview

The Working Weld Foreman works within the department and alongside team members to ensure maximum operational success, serving as a primary resource for the department and the key communication link to production management. The Foreman must have an excellent working knowledge of manufacturing processes, manufacturing engineering principles, and ASME/AWS welding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist production management by overseeing team members.
• Schedule team members to ensure operational success.
