Job Description
Overview
The Arc Welder #2 is responsible for setting up and adjusting the welder to perform production welding on various forms and thicknesses of steel using the MIG process. This position offers the opportunity to acquire skills necessary for advancement to Arc Welder #1 classification.
Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust the welder for production welding.
- Perform welding on all forms and thicknesses of steel.
- Assemble parts together using the MIG process.
