Overview

TCH Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Fabricator to join their team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fabricating industrial, hydraulic, or metal hose assemblies and will be responsible for building complex orders independently while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate industrial, hydraulic, and/or metal hose assemblies independently and as part of a team.
• Set up and operate production equipment including crimping machines, cutting and skiving equipment, and pressure testing equipment.
• Interpret and apply technical specifications, assembly drawings, and manufacturer guidelines to produce assemblies to exact tolerances.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout the build process.
• Identify non-conforming materials, tooling wear, or process issues and escalate appropriately.
• Support and mentor less experienced production staff.
• Assist with inventory management of fittings, hose materials, and associated components.
• Maintain accurate production records, traveler documentation, and quality logs.
• Collaborate with production leads, quality staff, and management to continuously improve processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training or technical certification a plus.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience fabricating industrial, hydraulic, or metal hose assemblies.
• Strong working knowledge of hose types, fittings, end connections, and applicable pressure/temperature specifications.
• Proficiency operating crimping machines, cutting equipment, skiving tools, and pressure test equipment.
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings, assembly specs, and manufacturer documentation.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to zero-defect quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own workflow.
• Strong communication skills - able to work well within a team and escalate issues clearly.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, or electronic work order platforms is a plus.

Additional Information

• Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
