<p><strong>High Concrete Group LLC</strong> combines innovation, proven technology, more than three-quarters of a century's experience as a precast company, and nearly 50 years as a pre-caster to give our customers the first-rate service, technical support, and precast products they need to bring their designs to life!</p> <p>We are seeking <strong>high school or college students</strong> for a Co-Op opportunity to work at our High Concrete Group!</p> <p><span>The position starts at </span><strong>$20.00/hr.</strong></p> <p>Our Co-Op position will allow you to experience and learn about High Concrete Group in our Weld Shop! <span> </span>We are looking for a student who is currently enrolled in a Welding education program to join our team for the co-op season.</p> <p>You will be cutting rebar, bending rebar, cutting plates, MIG welding, gas welding, welding bare metal to bare metal, learning different machines and supporting our weld group and so much more!</p> <p>The Summer position will follow into Fall Co-Op position. During the summer, it will be a 1st shift position, starting at 5:30AM or 9:00AM!</p> <p><strong>Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Basic math and measurement skills</li> <li>Familiarity reading blue prints a plus</li> <li>Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age </li> <li>High school students under 18 must present proof of CTC/CTE program enrollment to be granted an interview</li> <li>Coursework and/or enrollment in <strong>welding and/or metal fabrication program required</strong></li> <li>The ability to learn and use tools, prints and measuring instruments necessary</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Working for The High Companies:</strong></span></p> <p>High Concrete Group LLC combines innovation, proven technology, more than three-quarters of a century&rsquo;s experience as a precast company, and nearly 50 years as a precaster.</p> <ul> <li>Tuition Assistance with 100 percent reimbursement for approved courses and degree programs which are job related and approved in advance by your supervisor.</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program provides professional, confidential assistance for any type of personal issue you or your eligible dependents are experiencing.</li> <li>High Family Foundation Scholarship is awarded annually to the children of High co-workers working at least 1,000 hours per year and employed for at least two years.
